Note to Our Curbside Guests

Please fill out the form(s) completely. The more information you provide, the quicker we can bring your pet inside. Downtown St. Pete Vet Clinic will be open on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays, from 8:00 am to 6:00 pm, for essential appointments for ill patients only. Medications can also be picked up curbside from 8:00 am to 6:00 pm in the same manner. Please call with your order 3-4 hours in advance so that we may have it ready for you before your arrival.

These forms will allow us to better serve you before you bring your pet to our practice. To expedite your visit, please fill out the form(s) completely. When you arrive for your appointment, pull into the 3-hour parking spaces on the first level of the Plaza Tower parking garage and call us to let us know you've arrived. A staff member will come out to your car to bring your pet inside for their appointment. If, for some reason, you are not able to find parking in those spots, just let us know what floor you are on.
